Monday, July 15th 6:00-7:30pm *Musical Theater Workshop with Tess McLaughlin*
Ages: 8 & up Cost: $20
About the class: “Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? Spongebob Squarepants!” Join us for a fun and energetic class where dancers will sing and dance to Bikini Bottom Day from Spongebob the Musical. Get a taste of Broadway in one class!

Monday, July 22nd 6:00-7:30pm *Afro Beats Workshop with Veeva Banga*
Ages: 10 & up Cost: $20
About the class: Afro Beats is a fun dance style that is a mixture of popular African dance moves and hip hop. This style of dance will allow you to move your body in a way you haven’t before. This workshop is apart of Veeva’s Bayala choreography tour. Balaya is an Afro Beats Song by the African artist A-Star. The choreography is beginner level. If you can not make it to this class but would like to learn this choreography, check out veevabangadance.com for more dates that I will be teaching this choreography. 

Monday, July 29th *Ballet Workshops with Melina Hartog*
Ages: 9-12yrs 5:00-6:00pm Cost: $15
Ages: 13 & up 6:00-7:30pm Cost: $20
About the class: Milena’s ballet class is heavily inspired by her own training, implementing mostly the Russian Vaganova method. While she deems placement very important, musicality, artistry, and movement are perhaps the most important elements of her style. Milena likes to include danceable, expressive adagios in her class, as well as the occasional  ‘character’ move.

Monday, August 5th 4:30-5:30pm *Modern & Improv Workshop with Rachel Schwartz*
Ages: 12 & up Cost: $15
Class Description: Join Rachel Schwartz for an energetic dance adventure! We will utilize improvisation scores and games to warm up our bodies and minds, in preparation for modern phrase work that also includes individual choice making. Rachel’s choreography tends to be moderately athletic, and will often include moving in and out of the floor, unexpected shapes, inversions, and ‘feel good’ movement. All levels of experience are welcome. 

Monday, August 19th *Hip Hop Workshops with Amanda Preble*
Ages: 9-12yrs 5:00-6:00pm Cost: $15
Ages: 13 & up 6:00-7:30pm Cost: $20
Class Description: Amanda’s class will consist of a warm up, hip hop technique/skills, across the floor progressions, and choreography.
